For citizenship, you should live in Greece at least 7 years. There is no other scheme for citizenship unless you have Greek roots.

The available residency-by-investment program of Greece offers foreign investors three alternative routes of investment, starting from the 250,000 euros permanent residence permit, which is renewable every five years. According to the decision of the minister of interior, the residence permits of real estate owners and permanent residence permit for investors (Golden Visa) have been added to the categories of residence permits that are eligible for the submission of an application for the acquisition of Greek citizenship after seven years of legal and permanent stay in the country.
