The CBI committee understands that in extenuating circumstances original documents are not always easy to get hold of; each case is treated individually and, therefore, the details of your application would need to be clearly explained and any corroborating documents would need to be supplied as well as affidavits of truth. As to the missing paperwork, it is very possible to submit an application without all of the documents required as long as appropriate explanations and supporting paperwork can be provided.
