Yes, Turkey's CBI program is still active. No, cryptocurrencies cannot be used for CBI, the investment amount needs to be transferred into Turkey from abroad in foreign currency. The CBI applicants will need to submit some relevant documents legalized at their own jurisdiction (such as birth certificate, civil registry record regarding marriage, children and documents showing residence address etc. depending on their and their dependents' status).
