How can naturalized Greek citizens invite their blood relations to stay with them?

I obtained my golden visa many years ago in Greece and now I'm a Greek citizen. Does this mean I can now invite my elderly parents who hold nationalities from a non-EU country to live with me on long term residency in Greece? Can I do the same for my siblings?

According to the European legislation, the member states shall issue a residence card to family members of a union citizen who are not nationals of a member state, provided that their period of stay exceeds three months. The deadline for submitting an application for a residence card may not be shorter than three months from the date of arrival.

You may invite them as relatives of Greek citizen. You should file an application at the immigration office.
