How can a Portugal Golden Visa investor reinvest their funds during the five-year investment period?

I am interested in the Portuguese Golden Visa and would invest in real estate. I know you have to maintain your investment for a five-year period. Does that prohibit the sale of my initial real estate purchase until five years later, or can I sell that property and reinvest the money in other real estate properties?

Please note that during the Golden Visa period, is not possible to use the investment for other purposes nor can you change between different options of investment. In the case of real estate investment, for instance, there were already some investors that changed their real estate. However, as the immigration office is not clear on this matter, nor it is regulated in the law, our advice is not to change investment without the immigration office's prior feedback on that operation.
