How can real estate options be used as a pathway to a resident permit in Italy?

My daughter is currently attending college in Italy. I am planning to purchase property in Milan for her to live in after her studies. Is there no real estate investment option in Italy’s programs? If I buy a residential apartment in her name, can she use it towards obtaining a resident permit in any way?

Italy investor visa does not include real estate and property investments.

As of now, Italian immigration law does not provide for a real estate investment visa/residence permit, hence the purchase of a property won't facilitate per se the obtainment of an Italian visa/residence permit.
