The Malta Company Service Providers Act (CSP) sets out legislation regulating company service providers offering incorporation services of companies and other legal entities in Malta. Such regulation aims to prevent the financial system for the purpose of money laundering and financing terrorism. Recent amendments to the CSP regulations determine new licence requirements for the company service providers themselves. In no way do such amendments effect the shareholders of Malta companies or investors seeking a permanent residency solution.
