There are no general restrictions for travel into Turkey at the moment. However, the situation varies due to changes in Covid-19 pandemic. You should check with the Consulate or Foreign Ministry (https://www.mfa.gov.tr/visa-information-for-foreigners.en.mfa), or the e-visa system (https://www.evisa.gov.tr/en/), or through your airline (for instance, Turkish Airlines updates the requirements timely: https://www.turkishairlines.com/en-gb/announcements/coronavirus-outbreak/travel-restrictions/) for updates.

How does the COVID-related lockdown situation in Turkey affect foreign investors?
I'm an investor based in China and I want to know how the COVID restrictions apply to foreign investors looking to explore their options in Turkey. I've heard the country may go into lockdown again and one can’t make definite plans to visit to do business in the country. What options would you suggest?

The lockdown in Turkey ended on May 17 and all institutions remain functional. From this date on, the government has implemented steps of normalization and there will be no further lockdowns. Therefore, it is quite safe for investors to visit Turkey.
