How does the recent EU sanctions on Russia affect current Russian golden visa holders in Portugal?

I'm a Russian investor who recently got the golden visa in Portugal after meeting all the requirements. Would the recent EU sanctions on Russia have any impact on my status as a golden visa holder?

Regarding the golden visa holders, the EU sanctions on Russia only affect those whose application is still to be presented or under analysis by the Portuguese authorities. For those who already own a residence permit under the golden visa program, their situation cannot be jeopardized, as their right has already been acquired. As such, your situation as a golden visa holder is completely unaffected by the current sanctions on Russia.

On March 05, 2022 Sara Sousa Rebolo answered:

At this level, EU sanctions at this moment are focused on specific Russian and Belarusian citizens. Notwithstanding, ongoing applications of golden visas by Russian citizens are suspended in Portugal as a precaution. The residence permits already granted, so far have no sanctions.

On March 03, 2022 Nuno Albuquerque answered:

Portugal has suspended golden visas for citizens of Russia.

On March 02, 2022 Barbara Pestana answered:

The golden visa applicant who already holds a golden visa will not be affected by the EU sanctions to Russia. For the moment, only Russian citizens that are in the EU and SCUN list would see their applications immediately rejected. The pending applications for the general Russian citizens are now temporarily suspended, as a security measure, but it doesn’t mean, at least for the moment, that they will be rejected in the future.

On March 02, 2022 Pedro Viegas answered:

Applications of Russians citizens are on hold. We are waiting for further information.
