How exactly does the Sustainable Growth Fund option work in St. Kitts?

If I as an investor choose the Sustainable Growth Fund CBI option, how can I know for sure the St. Kitts government will use the money for projects I'm passionate about? I would like my money to be used for wildlife care and forest conservation.
