How important are language skills and higher education to qualify under Canada's new permanent residency pathway?
I'm from China and I'm currently on a temporary residency visa in Canada. How good does my English language level has to be to qualify under Canada's permanent residency pathway? Does it matter if I don't have a higher college degree?
