Entry ban still applies to a vaccinated person as well. Currently, only foreign nationals who are recognized to be in special exceptional circumstances corresponding to an individual situation such as the need for humanitarian consideration, or the need for public benefit would be allowed to enter. Vaccination certificates can shorten the quarantine period to 10 days from 14 days after entry.
