How is the quota calculated for Maltese citizenship-by-investment program?
While evaluating my immigration options, I learned that there is a quota (1,800) for the Maltese citizenship-by-investment program. Does the 1,800 quota include dependents or just primary applicants? How likely is it that the current quota will be raised or lowered in the future?

The quota for the MIIP is calculated based on the number of main applicants. For the time being, the quota has not been reached. There is a good possibility that this is eventually extended.
