How long do I need to stay in Turkey to be considered a resident?
What is the minimum stay requirement per year to be considered ‘domiciled’ in Turkey so I can pursue an E-2 visa in the U.S. through a Turkish nationality?

Any person who resides in Turkey for more than six months in one calendar year is assumed to be a resident of Turkey. However; foreigners who stay in Turkey for six months or more for the reason of a specific job or business or for particular purposes which are specified in tax procedure laws are not treated as tax residents. We cannot comment on the US immigration rules for E-2 visa applications through Turkish nationality (a US immigration lawyer shall confirm).
