How can I partake in the Greek Golden Visa program through a company?
I heard that it is possible to apply for a Greek Golden Visa through a legal entity. I own 75 percent of a company in my home country and I am wondering if I can use it to apply. If I purchase a property in the name of my company, will my family members and I enjoy the same Golden Visa privileges as individual applicants do?

Beneficiaries of the right of the permanent resident permit, which shall be renewed every five years, are third-country citizens who own real estate property in Greece, either personally or through a legal entity of which they own the total of the company shares, provided the minimum value of the property is 250,000 euros. If the owner has acquired the property through a legal entity, the applicant must own 100 percent of the company shares. An additional precondition is that the company should be either a Greek or an EU one. So you cannot proceed the acquisition with your home company, if you are interested in Golden Visa program.
