I am preparing for the application of the U.K. tier 1 entrepreneur visa but I am very concerned about the Genuine Entrepreneur interview. There seems to be very little information regarding what would be asked during the interview and how candidates can best prepare for it. Can you give me some guidelines? What are some common issues that might lead to an unsuccessful interview?
The interviewer can ask just about anything, but there are, of course, areas which always come up and which they tend to focus on. We wouldn't give out a list of possible questions without knowing the circumstances of your case, as this could mislead you.
