Is buying land enough to apply for the Greek golden visa?
I am looking at several plots of land in different regions in Greece to apply for the golden visa. Some have already some infraestructure, some have houses, and some are undeveloped. Is buying the property without infraestructure, with plans to build a house later there, enough to begin the application process? Or do I have to have something built by the time I apply?
