Is it still possible to get citizenship in Malta by investing in the country?

The information online is contradictory so I’d appreciate some help answering this question as well as clarifying how much I would have to invest to get it.

There are 2 options: to be a resident of Malta for 1 year (investment 750,000 euro) OR 3 years (investment 600,000 euro) plus 50,000 euro for each dependant (in both options).
