The Quebec Immigrant Investor Program (QIIP) is suspended until March 31, 2021. The Quebec government announced it wanted to upgrade the program to better meet its needs. In the meantime, backlog keeps being processed, so it should be faster for applicants when the program's next reopens. As a note, it takes usually two to four months to prepare an application; so you may aim at starting the process before the end of the year.

Is the Quebec investment immigration program accepting new applications now?
I am wondering if there has been any changes to the application acceptance window of the Quebec investment immigration program given the current COVID-19 crisis.

QIIP is on pause until April 2021 on accepting new applications. A new minister of immigration was recently appointed so we hope that this could change their position.
