How can I manage the business I got my Greek golden visa for?

I purchased a hotel building and got a Golden Visa in Greece. But I was told by my lawyer that Greek laws had changed, and I could not operate this hotel myself. I can only rent the entire building in the long term. I was told that I could not even be a company shareholder. It doesn't make sense that residency by investment does not give you the right to operate a business you bought or want to create after buying real estate and having employees. What can I do to run this business like I intended to?
