How can I get resident permits for my elderly parents in Turkey?
I work in Turkey and earn well above the minimum wage. Roughly 2.5 more than the minimum wage. My elderly parents (ages 70 and above) have been living with me since 2021, and they have tourist resident permits. Recently we renewed them and were granted only 6 months. There are new laws regarding tourist resident permits, and I am wondering if they could qualify for family resident permits. I am single and intend to get married soon, my future spouse is a Turkish national. What are your recommendations?
