You must have proof of a minimum monthly income of 3,500 US dollars or the equivalent in your home currency to be eligible to apply for a Dubai virtual work visa (Nomad). Your spouse and dependant children can also apply (male children unmarried under 18 and female unmarried children at any age). You need to provide the following documents: passport, birth certificate, photo, salary or self employed income proof, valid health insurance document, six months bank statements. The total fee is 2500 USD for one single applicant including the government fees. The insurance is excluded.
