The quickest way is to apply for the Global Residence Program. You will obtain a temporary residence permit and a minimum tax of 15,000 euros per year must be paid. It is also possible to apply for the Malta Permanent Residence program, which will grant you a permanent residence permit, but it has a longer application period.
