According to Greek law, third-country citizens who legally reside in the Greek territory and have graduated from a Greek high school have access to higher education on the same terms and conditions as Greek nationals. Accordingly, the tuition fees that stand for a Greek national shall stand for your children too. The above is applicable only with regards to Greece. Each European country offering a similar Golden Visa program may have different rules in relation to that particular issue.

What are the higher education benefits of Greek Golden Visa holders?
I want to invest in Greece and live there so my children can attend European universities. Are they entitled to any EU higher education benefits as EU citizens, such as affordable tuition rates? If so, would those apply in Greece or throughout Europe?

The only option you can offer is to study in private colleges in Greece that have been cooperating with universities in some other country of the European Union. It depends on the school.

This all depends on the country your children will apply and the conditions of each country set for EU residents/nationals. Unfortunately, I cannot inform you on such conditions for each country since I am not aware for each specific case.

According to art.20 of Law 4251/2014, the holders of the resident permit and their family members have access to public and private education analogously to that of Greeks. Regarding the other European countries and their educational institutions, the rules and the related fees depend on each country’s policy for European residents or citizens.
