I'm currently in the process of choosing two properties in Turkey to apply with a combined total of $600,000 and was planning to use them both on one notary contract to apply for citizenship. But I heard that each has to be $400,000 or more (which is not the case). Is this decision confirmed? How will it impact me?
Please note that there are 2 main ways to obtain Turkish citizenship. One of two is property purchase and other is bank deposit. The minimum amount for property option is USD 400.000 and for bank deposit option it is USD 500.000. Both applications cover main applicant, spouse and all children under 18.
