What can I do while I wait for the Malaysia my second home visa?

I submitted my application in January. I paid the first deposit, but my application cannot be processed yet because Motac has not renewed my agent’s license. What other options can I have to pursue a residency using the same house investment? Will I be compensated because of the delay if my application was correct?
