What incentives does St. Kitts and Nevis offer to foreign investors if they invest in clean technologies like solar farms or schools?
I'm a Canadian investor looking to expand my investment portfolio. If my intention is to gain the best return on my investments in a few years, would you advise me to look into things like solar farms or should I go the traditional route like construction/real estate?

The government of St. Kitts and Nevis has allowed limited applications for citizenship through various investments of a significant nature outside of real estate. Just recently, the government ramped up this initiative and identified particular sectors that would provide incentives for investments, in addition to citizenship. Green energy is at the top of that list.
