There are currently two parallel operating programs. I represent the Development Support Program, which is marketed globally. The Vanuatu Contribution Program is somewhat anomalous and operates just for the greater China market. A new government regulation order is due out - I am told end of this week - which will clarify and harmonize a lot of the elements of the two programs to reduce any confusion in the market.
