The Quebec Immigrant Investor Program was suspended at the end of August 2019. Especially if you applied late summer 2019 close to the deadline, you are unfortunately at the complete end of the queue now, and you should expect a solid two years before getting a decision by Quebec. To tackle the backlog issue, Quebec has suspended this program for about one year (until July 2020). When the program reopens in 2020, processing times should be reduced significantly.
