What is the Greek Golden Visa process timeline?
I read that Golden Visa applications must be completed by no more than two months after the documents have reached authorities. Does this mean applications can be submitted incomplete and finished later? How do I get an extension of this two-month period if I can’t complete it in time?

The two-month period is more than enough. They are strict when it comes to filling the application and all the papers completed in your file.

According to the legal provisions, the application process is like the following: Since Feb. 20, 2017, the new procedure for granting non-EU-EEC nationals resident permits in Greece was launched, pursuant to Regulation (EC) 380/2008, under which all EU member-states will issue an electronic resident permit, which will replace the sticker, typically affixed in a valid passport. When the property acquisition process will be implemented and all the related documents are issued, the application file has to be submitted in front of the competent authority following a pre-arranged appointment either with the presence of the applicant or without. The application file must be properly and in total fulfilled. You cannot submit an incomplete file. The authorities receiving the application will issue a confirmation that the application has been successfully submitted, provided that all the necessary documentation has been submitted with the application. This confirmation, called temporary resident permit, is valid for one year and it constitutes an evidencing document until the resident permit is issued, which according to the legal provisions, and under the conditions that the applicant has submitted his fingertips, has to be issued within a two-month period, max.
