What should I pay attention to when purchasing a house from a golden visa holder in Greece?
I am a Greek citizen. Recently a friend, who is currently holding a golden visa, wanted to sell his house to me that he bought for the purpose of his golden visa application. He is considering giving up his golden visa. The price of the house is very tempting but I am wondering if there is anything I should be cautious about when purchasing a property from a golden visa holder?
