Dominica has six approved projects in which one can invest the minimum investment sum of $220,000 and be entitled to receive citizenship of the Commonwealth of Dominica and become a Dominican. There is no direct residential property under the CBI program, but in all the approved projects, the investor is entitled to stay for two weeks in the hotel without having to pay. This, you can say, is residential indirectly. During the time the investor is not in possession, the property will be rented out, managed and the investor entitled to share in the profit.
