The Quebec immigration investor program would reopen at best on July 1, although it could be a little later. Indeed, the Program is currently suspended, which is normal since this has been a seasonal program for last 5 years. However, it is always a good time to start preparing in order to be ready when the program reopens. Since the number of quotas is limited, it is important to be ready to be among the first ones to submit your file to (1) ensure your quota, and (2) to shorten the processing of your application.
