I am interested in the citizenship-by-investment program in the Caribbean countries, but I am concerned about the taxes I will have to pay as a new citizen. Which Caribbean countries charges the least taxes?

Getting Citizenship in the Caribbean does not put you in the taxable bracket of this country once you are not generating income from activities within the country. As you continue to generate income from sources outside the country, you will not become liable for taxation.

I am unable to answer for the other jurisdictions in the Caribbean, but I believe they are all similar to Grenada in that you are only taxed on income earned or derived within the country. There is no worldwide taxation on income.

St. Kitts & Nevis has zero income tax; Antigua has zero income tax; Grenada has income tax starting at 10%; Saint Lucia has income tax starting at 15%; Dominica has income tax starting at 15%.

The taxation due will depend on the location of tax residency. Are you planning to relocate to the Caribbean? If so, Antigua has no personal income tax or taxation on worldwide income.
