Are there any restrictions on who can apply for an Italian investor visa?
I am from the Middle East, which is restricted for other programs. What about Italy? Are there any limitations or concerns I should have?

There no limitations in terms of the citizenship of the applicant. The ministry will conduct an investigation to check whether the applicant has any past criminal charges and about the funds that he/she is using for the investment to be sure that they are deriving from legal sources.
