Can I transfer my property used for my St. Kitts citizenship application and maintain my citizenship?
I want to become a St. Kitts and Nevis citizen by buying the required real estate. However, I don’t want to hold on to it for the entire five-year period that’s required. Can I transfer the property to my son, who is my dependent and will also be a St. Kitts citizen? What if my property stays in my family?
