Could immigration intention be an issue if I apply for a Golden Visa while traveling in Greece?
I have all documents ready for my Greek Golden Visa application, and I have a valid Schengen tourist visa. I want to be cautious about my investment, though. I would like to travel to Athens and talk to my attorney face to face before I submit the application. I know that for some countries, it is risky for an investor to submit an immigration application while traveling in that country with a tourist visa. I am wondering if Greece has similar rules.

Please be aware that you have to travel to Greece before appointing a petition for a Golden Visa. Also, first you have to proceed with the purchase of the property or the investment with a valid Schengen visa when entering to the country. After this procedure is concluded, you may apply for a Golden Visa.
