Becoming a citizen in St Kitts & Nevis does not make you a tax resident. There is no income tax so there are no filings to say you are a tax resident and paying taxes. If you move your business headquarters to St. Kitts & Nevis, you will be subject to corporate taxes.

Citizenship gives you the same privileges of a citizen born there, except the right to vote. Yes, you can move your business there but there are certain rules and regulations that you have to adhere to with regards to business operations and there are applicable business taxes.
