Can I start my application for the Greek investment visa from Australia?
In light of the 2024 changes to the Golden Visa requirements, I have a few questions: Can it be processed in Greece with the help of a Greek lawyer? I live in Australia, and getting an appointment at a consulate takes two years. So, can the lawyer start the project while we are in Australia and then complete it when we get to Greece (biometrics, etc)? Is the new amount of 500K euro effective immediately or after September 30th, 2024, and can it be done with a combination of term deposit/government bond purchase?
