American citizens can apply to the DSP program without any restriction and like any other nationalities approved by the citizenship commission. The fees are set by law, it is not possible to apply any discount. The fee for a single applicant is $130,000. The fee for a family of four (two parents and two children aged less than 18 yo) is $180,000; beyond four, any additional dependent is charged $10,000 each. So the fees for a family of eight will cost $220,000 (two parents plus two children at the rate of $180,000 and four dependents at the rate of $10,000 each). In addition to the above costs: FIU clearance of $5,000 per application; citizenship application of $50 per application; certificate fee of $100 per person; commissioner for oath fee of $300 per application; Vanuatu passport fee of $250 per adult; Vanuatu passport fee of $70 per child.
