A friend of mine is selling property in Dominica, and I'm interested in buying it, but it's not in an approved development for the golden passport. Is there a workaround for this because I really want this property in particular?
You can only secure Dominica Citizenship under one of two options; either direct monetary contribution or real estate investment. The real estate investment must be in one of the Government of Dominica Approved Projects. Private homes do not fall in that category.
