How can I apply for a freelancer visa in the UAE if only part of my income is derived from my freelance business activities?
I want to apply for the freelancer visa in Dubai. I meet the income requirement of 360K AED a year but it's not all derived from my business, a significant part is from the rent of some properties I own. Would I still qualify for this visa or what other visas do you recommend so I can stay legally in Dubai?
