As a Golden Visa holder you don't have access to employment in Greece. Furthermore, as a foreign tax resident, you are taxed in Greece only for income generated in Greece. In your question the topic under consideration is not if you are being paid in your Greek bank account but how many days you spend in Greece. In accordance with current legislation, an individual is considered a Greek tax resident if she/he maintains her/his permanent or main residence or usual abode or center of vital interests in Greece. Furthermore, subject to the above provisions an individual who is present in Greece for a period exceeding 183 days is considered to be a Greek tax resident, so better to address your case to a tax advisory firm as well.

How can I continue working remotely after obtaining a Greek Golden Visa?
I’ve read that the Greek Golden Visa does not grant the right to work. As a consultant who works remotely, can I continue receiving international payments into my personal bank account as a resident? Would that count as taxable income in Greece?

There is no problem. You can still work remotely since you are not a Greek tax resident. If you transfer your tax residency to Greece, then you should tax your global income in Greece.
