You are unable to decide which project your contribution will go to. The contribution goes into the Government General Pool and money is paid out of it to the various projects depending on their needs and requirements.

How can I decide the recipient of my donation to the Economic Development Fund of Dominica?
I want to make a donation to the Economic Development Fund of Dominica and apply for citizenship of the country. I understand that EDF will help support the schools, hospitals and other public projects. I am wondering if I can select which project I would like my money to go to and still qualify for this program.
