The Grenada citizenship by investment authority has a website where all registered Marketing Agents are listed so I would first check the site to ensure that your agent in question is an approved Marketing Agent. Secondly, the minimum investment amount as determined by the government is US $220,000 for an investment, US $200,000 for a family donation and US $150,000 for a single applicant via the donation route, none of these prices can be discounted under the law. If the agent in question is discounting their own professional services that is a negotiation between you and said agent.
