Your Japanese vaccine passport will be not acceptable in Bulgaria. The Bulgarian Ministry of Health is updating regularly a list with conditions that the foreigners from each particular country need to present in order to enter Bulgaria. Please check the current list on the site of the Ministry as it is updated frequently.
