Even if you become a citizen and you wish for your family's nanny to accompany you to live and work on the island, she would be required to obtain a work permit allowing her the ability to live and work on the island legally.

How can my children’s nanny relocate to St Kitts with us as part of my citizenship application?
I have a big family and we also have a nanny that is now a part of our family. We live in India and so we’re interested in getting a new passport that makes traveling easier, but also our nanny is not from a country with a great passport so I’m wondering if she can be included as a family member on my golden visa application – even on a temporary basis if that’s an option?

Unfortunately, your nanny cannot be included in the application and now the rules and policies do not allow you to sponsor your nanny. The options available for your nanny would be to obtain a work permit to be able to reside in St Kitts and Nevis, or in the alternative, your nanny might be able to marry a local person and obtain citizenship through that arrangement.
