How can my dependents renew their Greek Golden Visas?
My family and I received Greek Golden Visas in 2014, in the early years of the program. The visas are expiring soon. My son was 20 back in 2014 and now is turning 25. Is he still eligible for renewal as my dependent? What factors must we consider?

The Greek Golden Visa program is recent and not a lot of renewals have taken place to date. I had to consult my network on this query. As per general rule, any person/dependent above the age of 21 will not be allowed to renew his/her visa under the same real estate investment of his/her parents. Rather, he/she will be required to issue a visa under his/her own name under a real estate investment of his/her own (suggesting that the dependent is no longer considered a dependant above his/her 21 years old and, as such, will be required to purchase another property of 250,000 euros under his/her name). In light of this and as I am not aware of any exception to the rule, I believe that your son will not be considered for his visa renewal under the same property you have purchased as parents back in 2014.
