I've heard that non-EU investors like me can get permanent residency in Cyprus for as little as 15,000 euros bank deposit under the Category F option. What are my options if I don't mind waiting for few extra months for this process?
Under Category F, you will need to prove that you are staying in Cyprus with your own funds and that you have either a tenancy agreement, or you have a bought an asset. This process takes a year-and-a-half to be approved and during that time you are not entitled to reside in Cyprus.
