How long would it take me to get a Japanese HSP visa?

I have a PhD in food engineering from a university in Ireland, ranked in the top 300 in the world and QS rankings. I want to apply for a Japanese HSP visa. What are my options and routes? I have also started learning Japanese. How much time and money would I need to obtain an HSP? I do not have work experience and would like to apply for a technical job at a Japanese food company.

In calculating the points for an HSP visa, the individual's educational background, work history, age, Japanese language ability, etc., are important, but in addition to that, how much salary you can earn in Japan is also an essential point. If you do not have employment or other contract with an organization in Japan, you will not meet the requirements for the HSP visa application itself. First of all, your first plan should be to get hired by a Japanese food company, and start with another type of work visa based on the contract there
